1. GENERAL PROVISIONS:
1.1 The owner of the online store operating at the internet address www.momforbaby.pl, hereinafter referred to as the Store, is:

entered in the CEIDG kept by the Minister of Economy, hereinafter referred to as the Seller.
1.2 The Seller sells goods electronically via the Store. The rules for using the Store are set out in these regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations").
1.3 The Store is a website through which the Seller sells goods via the Internet.
1.4 The buyer of the goods offered in the Store is an adult natural person or company, hereinafter referred to as the Customer.
1.5 Browsing the Store does not require any data, in particular creating an account in the Store.
1.6 By ordering goods from the website momforbaby.pl, the Customer enters into the conclusion of a sales contract (within the meaning of the Civil Code) between MFBStore Ewelina Kowalska and the Customer.
1.7 Contact with the Seller is possible by calling +48 698930621 from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm or by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. The price for the call is based on the rate of the operator using the services of the caller, as for mobile calls to the T-mobile network.
2. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE:
2.1 The sale of goods by the Store takes place by concluding a sales contract via the Internet. The sale contract is concluded by placing an order by the Customer and confirmation of its acceptance by the Seller.
2.2 The subject of the sales contract are the products listed in the Store's offer at the time of ordering.
2.3 The prices of the products in the Store's offer are gross prices - they include VAT and are given in Polish zlotys. These prices do not include shipping costs, which are indicated at the time of placing the Order.
2.4. Differences between the visualization of the goods available in the Store resulting from the individual settings of the Customer's computer may not be the basis for a complaint about the goods purchased in the store.
2.5 The Store reserves the right to make changes to the prices of goods on offer, close collections and introduce new products to the Store's offer, as well as to carry out and cancel promotional campaigns on the Store's websites.
3.1. Placing Orders is possible without prior account registration as well as for registered users in the Store.
3.2. Account registration by the user consists in providing the data necessary to perform the order in the registration form available in the Store.
3.3. As a result of the registration, the user is assigned an account that allows identification of activities undertaken by the user, including placing orders in the Store.
3.4. Access to the account is possible after entering the login and password assigned to the account. The password should be kept confidential and protected against unauthorized access by third parties.
3.5. The account service on the Website is provided by the Service Provider free of charge
4.1 The Store accepts Customers' orders via the website momforbaby.pl. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
4.2 The condition for the implementation of purchases is the correct submission of the order and confirmation of the order by pressing the "Buy and pay" button and acceptance of the Regulations.
4.3 After placing the order, the Customer will receive an e-mail confirming the order and payment information.
4.4 The Store may contact the Customer by phone or e-mail in connection with the submission or implementation of the Order.
4.5 In the event of any inaccuracies in the content of the order confirmation, please contact the shop via e-mail at email@example.com.
4.6 The order will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the order.
4.7 Incorrectly entered or incomplete contact details may result in delay in the execution of the order or failure to deliver the goods, for which the Store is not responsible.
5.1. The customer may choose one of the following payment methods for the ordered goods:
a) transfer - the payment for the goods and the shipment will be transferred to the Store's bank account provided in the e-mail confirming the order.

b) online payment - via the Przelewy24 System. If the transaction is rejected, please contact Przelewy24 directly by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling +48 (61) 642 93 44.
c) cash on delivery - payment is made to the courier upon delivery of the courier parcel.
6. FULFILLMENT AND SHIPMENT OF THE ORDER:
6.1 In the absence of payment or confirmation of the Order by the Seller, within 48 hours, the order will be canceled by the Seller, about which the Customer will be notified via e-mail.
6.2 The order processing time is 3-4 business days, in the case of individual orders - 10 business days. The execution of the Order begins:
a) in the case of Orders paid by bank transfer - after the funds are credited to the Seller's bank account,
b) in the case of online payments via the Przelewy24 system - when the Customer receives an automatic e-mail with information about accepting the payment,
c) in the case of online payment - via the PayPal system. If the transaction is rejected, please contact the PayPal service directly at: https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/home
d) in the case of payment on personal collection - when the Seller receives the Customer's order.
6.3 The Customer may only withdraw an Order placed by e-mail at email@example.com. The Customer cannot cancel an Order that has already been shipped. The above does not exclude the consumer's right to withdraw from the contract described in point 7 of the Regulations.
6.4 If there is no product or products covered by the Customer's order in the Store's warehouse and it will not be possible to order them within the time provided for the order, the Seller will inform the Customer about this fact by sending a message to the e-mail address provided by the Customer or by contacting by phone in order to propose alternative goods, dividing the Order into parts or canceling the Order in whole or in part.
6.6 If the goods are out of stock or the Customer's order cannot be processed, the Store has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 (thirty) days from the date of its conclusion.
7. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS:
7.1 The Customer may withdraw from the sales contract concluded via the Store's website, without giving any reason, by submitting an appropriate statement to the Seller by e-mail to the address firstname.lastname@example.org or by post to the following address: ul. Opiesin 66B, 98-220 Zduńska Wola, within 14 days from the date of taking possession of the subject of the agreement. Individual orders are not refundable.
7.2 The goods should be returned immediately, not later than within 14 (fourteen) days. The cost of shipping the returned goods (if it is not the advertised goods) is borne by the customer.
7.3 The reimbursement of the amount paid by the Customer is made by bank transfer to the account indicated by the Customer in the declaration of withdrawal from the sales contract in the case of cash payment on delivery or to the bank account from which the Customer made the payment by online bank transfer.
7.4 The Seller shall return the money immediately, but not later than within 14 days from the receipt of the Consumer's declaration of withdrawal from the sales contract.
7.5 The customer may replace the purchased goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the order. The costs of shipping the replaced goods both ways are borne by the customer.
8. COMPLAINT CONDITIONS:
8.1 The customer has the right to lodge a complaint within 24 months from the date of purchase, provided that he notifies the Store in writing about the non-compliance within 14 days from the moment of noticing the non-compliance of the goods with the contract.
8.2 Within 7 (seven) working days, the Store will respond to the Customer's complaint and notify him of the further procedure. A prerequisite for considering the complaint is the delivery of the advertised goods together with a proof of purchase and a description of the complaint.
8.3 If the complaint is considered in favor of the Customer - the Store will repair or replace the complaint with a full-fledged product, or if the replacement is not possible, it will refund the amount due for the advertised product within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of considering the complaint.
9. PERSONAL DATA:
9.1 The Seller on the basis of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2015, item 2135, as amended) in connection with the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2013, item 1422, as amended), as the data controller, is entitled to process personal data of Customers in order to use the service and conclude a contract (setting up an account, submitting and executing Orders), contract settlement, consideration a complaint in the event of its submission by the customer, as well as for archiving purposes.
9.2 The scope of processed personal data of Customers is as follows: name, surname, e-mail address, home address, telephone number, contact telephone number.
9.3 The Seller also processes operational data regarding the IP address of the Customer's device for technical purposes, as well as for statistical purposes.
9.4 The customer has the right to inspect their personal data and correct them, as well as to reasonably request their removal.
9.5 Personal data are processed in compliance with technical and organizational measures ensuring the protection of the processed data in accordance with the requirements set out in the provisions on the protection of personal data, including the regulation of the Minister of the Interior and Administration of April 29, 2004 on the documentation of personal data processing and technical and organizational conditions to be met by devices and IT systems used to process personal data (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 1024).
9.6 Providing data is voluntary, but necessary for the performance of the sales contract or for considering the complaint.
9.7 Cookies or other files of a similar nature are used by the website www.momforbaby.pl on the terms described below.
10. FINAL PROVISIONS:
10.1. The content of the Regulations is made available to the User free of charge via the Store and may be recorded, in particular, by printing, saving on a carrier or downloading at any time from the Store's website.
10.2 The invalidity of one of the provisions of the Regulations, confirmed by a decision of the competent court, does not invalidate the remaining provisions of the Regulations.
10.3 In all matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of applicable Polish law shall apply, unless the mandatory provisions of law in your State provide otherwise.

10.5. These Regulations are valid from September 17, 2018.
1. The website does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookies.
2. Cookie files (so-called "cookies") are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website User's end device and are intended for use with the Website's pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the storage time on the end device and a unique number.

5. The Website uses two basic types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User's end device until logging out, leaving the website or turning off the software (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored on the User's end device for the time specified in the cookie file parameters or until they are deleted by the User.
6. The Website uses the following types of cookies:
a) "necessary" cookies, enabling the use of services available on the Website, eg authentication cookies used for services that require authentication on the Website;
b) cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect fraud in the field of authentication on the Website;

d) "functional" cookies, enabling "remembering" the settings selected by the User and personalization of the User's interface, eg in terms of the selected language or region of the User, font size, website appearance, etc.
e) "advertising" cookies, enabling the delivery of advertising content to Users more tailored to their interests.
7. In many cases, the software used for browsing websites (web browser) allows cookies to be stored on the User's end device by default. The Website Users can change their cookie settings at any time. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to inform about their every posting on the Website User's device. 9. Cookies placed on the Website User's end device may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Website operator.
